Steven's CORD Foundation
Steven's CORD Foundation is a chapter of Malia's CORD Foundation
Steven was diagnosed with an intramedullary spinal cord ependymoma tumor in spring 2007. Intramedullary spinal cord tumors are rare and there is no treatment consensus and no cure. There is immediate need to develop a cure since the average life expectancy for children with spinal cord tumors is seven years after diagnosis.
This web site is dedicated to Steven's journey and to provide information about these tumors and links to helpful web sites.
